BlueADL

Version 6.0.8 Install

ALL VERSIONS

1) Go to ADD/REMOVE SOFTWARE on Microsoft  CONTROL PANEL.

2) Uninstall any previous version of  BLUEADL

If Your BlueADL Version is 5 or Lower  (LOOK IN ABOUT BLUEADL)

3)  Uninstall WIDCOMM BLUETOOTH SOFTWARE

4)  Click the download link below.

5)  Run from this location or save to file and run later.

6)  Right click on your my computer icon and select properties.

7)  Go to the hardware tab and select Device Manager.

8)  Go to USB devices and right click on TMI USB Bluetooth device and select

      update driver.

9)  Choose the new driver from C:/BlueADL 608 Update. 

10) The Driver name is tmibth.inf

If Your BlueADL Version is 6 or Higher (LOOK IN ABOUT BLUEADL)

Description

Database Copy and Transport Utility

This file allows you to detach your database and copy it.  It also gives you the ability to re-attach it on another machine.  This utility is useful for quick backups, data relocation, or PC replacements.  READ THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY! They are enclosed in the zip file.

When using G4Echo on a network, I get an error message when trying to query reports.

On some network installations, one of the network data control files does not register upon installation.  This file can be used to correct the problem.  You must run this file on every pc on your network that is using G4Echo Report writer.

The pushpins on the map are all mixed up.

This utility will reset your pushpins to the default settings. YOU MUST RUN THIS UTILITY ON THE PC THAT HOUSES YOUR DATABASE. It assumes that you accepted the defaults for login, password, and server location when installing the database.
